Moreover, lack of ongoing care may lead irreversible damage to the components. Replacing key components in a vending machine can create a big hole in your pocket. Imagine! The vending that you bought to generate some extra income is actually increasing your expenditures. What’s the point?

2. Faulty/Damages 

A faulty component affects the routine of a vending machine. This directly lowers customer satisfaction levels. For someone who is building his business on the foundation of vending machines, this is surely a pretty bad sign. You can’t afford your customer satisfaction levels to fall. You should always concentrate on sustaining or raising those levels.

3. No scheduled service regime

Does your vending machine come with an annual maintenance contract? If so, is it still valid? Getting your machines serviced at regular intervals is important. If the annual contract is not more valid, get it renewed ASAP. The cost of renewal contract is much lower than paying a hefty charge for a major repair.

4. Hygiene Issue:

As you clean the exteriors, cleaning the interior is important too. Accumulation of too much dust, especially in the condenser area, can affect the overall performance of a vending machine. The accumulation restricts the airflow. The machine as a result consumes more power, overheats, permanently damaging the condenser. Replacing a condenser can actually cost you an arm and a leg.

5. The placement

Do you know if you place a vending machine on a carpeted floor, it’s more likely to build the accumulation? In addition, placing a vending machine right beside a wall is highly discommended. Once again, the airflow is restricted because of the adjoining wall. If you have to place it near a wall, please mind a gap of atleast 15cm. In addition to long-term risk to the condenser, restricted airflow affects refrigeration process of the vending machine. No customer would like to pay for drinks that are not cool.
